As you enter, the spacious lounge welcomes you with a cosy wood burner, feature beams, a classic fireplace, and a stone flag floor. Connected to the lounge is a delightful dining room with a wood burner-effect electric fire, a grandfather clock, and a spacious dining table to enjoy a family dinner or hearty breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and has a convenient breakfast bar. A utility room off the kitchen houses a washing machine which then leads on to a downstairs bathroom. Ascend the wide staircase, with a large picture window overlooking fields and livestock. The bedrooms offer character and relaxation – there is a small double with low ceilings and feature beams at the top of the landing, two more double rooms and a twin, all have charming farmyard or field views. The beautiful family bathroom completes this floor.


Step outside to the garden, to the rear of the property where a hot tub awaits so you can enjoy complete relaxation, stargaze or watch the wildlife and birds. There is seating in the garden so you can enjoy a morning coffee or a good book.
