Welcome to our Maison KEREST AR MOR, your Breton haven in the heart of Concarneau!
Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the city center, this large house of 160 m² perfectly combines tranquility and ideal location. You are 1.5 km from the famous Ville Close (accessible on foot or by bike in a few minutes), 700 m from the lively port of Concarneau, 2.5 km from the nearest beach, and only 1 km from a hypermarket.
Whether you come by car (free parking just opposite in the cul-de-sac) or whether you prefer to get around on foot/by bike to enjoy the restaurants, creperies and markets, everything is within reach.
From the entrance, the house exudes light and conviviality. The large open living room combines a cosy living room and living room with a beautiful family table. The fully equipped kitchen with central island is a real pleasure: you have everything you need to prepare good Breton dishes or fresh seafood brought back from the port.
