Very impressed with this condo! Clean, spacious, & the security here is top tier! Only complaint is, if you rent a golf cart yiu have nowhere to park it.. & the pool closes at 10!

Beautiful view of the ocean! This property was extremely clean — I mean VERY clean. All the faucets and showers were spotless. We’ve stayed at many vacation properties, and this was by far the cleanest one. The floors were so clean that walking around in white socks barely stained them. They absolutely need to keep using the same cleaning company/person and give them a raise!A few things could use upgrades. The dishwasher needs replacing, and the couch was old and looked dirty, especially the couch pillows. The mattress in the master bedroom was okay but not very comfortable.I also wish the property guards/security were more attentive about enforcing the no-smoking policy. Unfortunately, people were smoking weed on their balconies, and the smell would fill our room. Since I’m allergic to smoke, this was frustrating.Another issue was the smoke alarms in the unit. They would go off just from making toast or baking pizza, and the alarm wouldn’t stop for about 15 minutes. We contacted the management company, but they never followed up regarding our concerns about the smoke alarms. One more thing — don’t leave expensive sandals or flip-flops by the beach stairs because they may disappear.Overall, it was a great location with a beautiful beach and close to many activities. Despite a few issues, we enjoyed our time there.
