Discover the charm of our stunning brand-new brick townhome, just moments away from the beautiful Old Hickory Lake. Enjoy a quick 3-minute drive or a leisurely 15-minute walk to the lake, where you can dive into boat rentals and thrilling water sports.

Set along the Cumberland River, Old Hickory was once home to a 1900s DuPont gunpowder plant, with the neighborhood growing outward from the factory. This primarily residential area now sports the Old Hickory Country Club and sandy Old Hickory Beach, along with dining choices such as soul food and sports bar restaurants. The seasonal, weekly Old Hickory Village Farmers Market runs from spring until fall.
