It also provides seating for six, making it ideal for entertaining guests.



The light and airy first bedroom, conveniently located on ground level, offers a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space for storage. Adjacent to this bedroom is a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom, accessible from both the kitchen and the bedroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower, a WC, a basin, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer, providing all the necessary amenities.



Ascending to the first floor, you will discover a spacious sitting room furnished with luxurious sofas, a warming wood-burning stove for those cooler evenings, and a smart TV and stereo system for entertainment.
