Imagine waking up in the beating heart of Verona, suspended between the blue of the sky and the terracotta of the ancient rooftops, inside a home that embodies the very soul of the city. Staying at La Torretta means living a piece of Veronese history: located at the top of an ancient tower within a 15th-16th century palace, this residence is a sanctuary of rare beauty, where antique charm dialogues harmoniously with refined contemporary elegance.

Crossing the threshold on the raised third floor—easily accessible by elevator—you are greeted by an explosion of natural light pouring through immense full-height windows. The living area is airy and vibrant, where soaring ceilings with imposing dark wood beams bestow a character that is both solemn and welcoming. Every detail has been curated to impress with discretion: from the sophisticated nature-themed wallpaper decorating the most intimate corners to the period furniture that coexists with modern design elements. The heart of the apartment is undoubtedly its splendid covered terrace. Characterized by majestic arches that frame the urban panorama, it is a private loggia where time seems to stand still—ideal for breathing in the atmosphere of ancient Verona while admiring the church silhouettes and chimneys dancing on the horizon.

The living area integrates perfectly with a functional and modern kitchenette, equipped with an induction hob and dishwasher, designed for those who desire the comforts of home without sacrificing style. Ascending to the upper level, you will discover what we love to call a nest: the lofted master bedroom. It is an enveloping and romantic space, sheltered by the ancient roof trusses, where peace is absolute. Here, every awakening tastes of a distant era, yet with the certainty of modern comforts like air conditioning and independent heating to ensure the perfect temperature year-round. The bathroom, finished with care and featuring a modern shower, also houses a washing machine, ensuring maximum convenience even for longer stays.

The location is simply incomparable: you are just twenty meters from the elegance of Via Mazzini, Verona’s premier shopping destination, and a few short steps from the Arena and Piazza delle Erbe. Despite this incredible proximity to major attractions, the apartment is an oasis of tranquility situated on a quiet street that protects your privacy. For those arriving by car, a convenient public parking lot is located nearby, while the proximity to main bus stops makes connections to the train station and airport extremely simple.

Choosing La Torretta means relying on the expertise of a team of travel professionals who will passionately care for you before, during, and after your stay. We provide a premium initial supply of linens and towels, and we are always at your disposal to ensure your experience in the heart of Verona is, quite simply, unforgettable.
