THINGS TO KNOW
*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.

A clean, beautiful condo with the absolute best location. It felt like our home, & I never wanted to leave! The door wouldn’t unlock or lock appropriately, & that was frustrating. Despite letting them know it just wouldn’t work, it still never got to working. It might’ve been better if a locksmith came out & fixed that lock. When an outside door stays open long, lots of mosquitoes come in, & that was hard to deal with just on the first day. Other than that, this condo is SO well equipped. It had everything our hearts could desire. I loved it here. I hope we can come back next year too!

We would not change a thing besides given the wrong door code upon arrival - ugh. However, the unit was the best equipped we have rented yet and have rented almost yearly since 1998. The kitchen and baths are amazing and had everything one would imagine! Nicely decorated . So convenient to the Harbour with restaurants, shops, entertainment and general store . Great early morning walk!
