Spanning 19 acres with breathtaking views of the lake and the Sierras, Lakeland Village offers an unforgettable resort-like experience with two outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, private sandy beach access, and a pier – all within a mile of Heavenly Resort. Enjoy world-class skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, golfing, and water activities in the summer. Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.
A quiet townhome on the end, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts new LVP flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, a new gas fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all-new appliances for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the newly furnished living and dining areas. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Had an issue with late checkout. Otherwise, nice place. Comfortable and good location.

Very comfortable and clean. Could not find the playground on site according to pictures. Suggest to have security watch pool area closer. Children were running and jumping into pools, which is not allowed. No supervision of children present. Unpleasant for all adults.

PERFECT! If your planning trip to Lake Tahoe need to stay here. Condo was very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything if cooking, private beach access , clean pool. Definitely our family will stay here again.
