Cook, Chill, Repeat

The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, featuring modern appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher) and everything you need to whip up vacation-worthy feasts. Prefer to grill? Step out onto the deck, fire up the gas BBQ, and dine al fresco surrounded by tall pines and mountain air.

Unwind in Style

After a day of lake-hopping or shredding the slopes, soak in hot tub under the stars or curl up by the gas fireplace with a glass of wine and your favorite movie. Whether you’re chasing thrills or chill vibes, this home wraps you in cozy mountain magic.

Adventure Awaits

Spend sunny days at Donner Lake or iconic Lake Tahoe, both just minutes away. Ski bums and boarders, rejoice—Northstar and Palisades Tahoe are a short drive from your door. And when it’s time for a little town charm, head into historic downtown Truckee for boutique shopping, local eats, and small-town vibes with big character.

❄️ Heads up: In the winter months, bring snow chains or a 4WD vehicle—parking is on a slope, and the snow doesn’t mess around up here.
