East Meadow Escape
The Space:
Ideally situated near the entrance of Black Butte Ranch, this spacious five-bedroom home offers the perfect retreat for families and groups. With a private indoor hot tub, stunning natural light, and plenty of space to gather, it’s designed for relaxation and adventure alike.
Step inside through the mudroom, where you can kick off your shoes and settle in. The heart of the home is the great room, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light, and a striking lava-rock wood-burning fireplace—perfect for cozy winter evenings. The open-concept layout makes it easy to connect, whether you're lounging by the fire or gathered around the custom wood dining table that seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a spacious wraparound porch, ideal for grilling on warm summer nights.
One of the home’s standout features is the private indoor soaking hot tub, set beneath open skylights for stargazing. Large windows on two sides bring in the beauty of the outdoors, while direct porch access makes it easy to step outside and take in the fresh mountain air. After a day spent golfing or biking the Ranch’s 27 miles of paved paths, this peaceful retreat is the ultimate way to unwind.
The first bedroom, located off the living room, is perfect for kids, with two twin bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom with a tub, a TV, and porch access. Next door, a cozy twin bedroom offers two twin beds and a small sofa—ideal for curling up with a book before bedtime. A full bathroom is located near the stairwell, along with a queen bedroom for additional sleeping space.
Upstairs, a loft area provides a great spot for games, puzzles, or a relaxed card night. Beyond an accordion door, you’ll find a bedroom with a full-size bed and a charming private Juliet balcony. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a step-in shower connects this space to the final bedroom—a spacious king suite overlooking the great room, with shutters that can be closed for privacy.
With its thoughtful layout, warm ambiance, and unbeatable location, this Black Butte Ranch home is the perfect place to make lasting memories.
