This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. You must notify management at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to purchase pool heat. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.



Things to know: There is a $200 pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly. Maximum of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
