Newly Updated Great Room: Step into a bright and inviting freshly painted space with new hardwood floors and brand new extra deep sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, a day at the golf course, hiking or exploring Haystack rock 20 minutes away or antiquing in Astoria, just 25 minutes down the road. Enjoy your favorite shows on the new 65-inch Samsung TV using your own streaming passwords. Gather around the newly refurbished gas fireplace for a friendly evening of games and conversation.



Spacious Deck & Outdoor Living: Unwind on the spacious deck with new outdoor sectional furniture, surrounded by lush evergreen landscaping that ensures your privacy. Fire up the propane gas grill or gather around the firepit for evening marshmallow roasting and star gazing. Grill utensils and long-handled forks make that easy to do! Dine al fresco at the large teak dining table. Or enjoy morning coffee on the front porch. Don’t be surprised to find a member of the nearby Roosevelt Ek herd sauntering by.
