This condo faces the courtyard at The Spa on Port Royal Sound, a beachfront property with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, grilling and picnic areas, a playground, and a gorgeous stretch of beach on Port Royal Sound. It's a great location on the north side of Hilton Head, right between Fish Haul Beach Park and Historic Mitchellville Freedom Park.
It's a breeze spending your days at the beach here, with an assortment of beach gear and toys provided for your use. After a day of boogie boarding, swimming, and beachcombing, come home to toss your towels in the washer/dryer, unwind for a bit in central AC, and relax on the screened balcony with a cold glass of sweet tea in hand.
The interior is smartly laid out, with the main living area bringing together a sitting room with a TV (with both cable and streaming capability), a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a butcher-block breakfast bar for casual dining. Loved the condo. Had several problems with air conditioning and cleanliness at check in. Issues were taken care of. I just felt I was always texting. I would recommend if all issues are taken care of. Great location

Quick trip with 2 teen grandsons and they enjoyed playing basketball, indoor pool and shuffle board. The beach was nice and they explored the sandbar and tide pools. Condo was small but appointed very nicely and included so many things such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and tissue. Condo was a great location within the complex. Looked right over the pool. Will definitely be coming back!

Well I didn’t see any where in the listing where I couldn’t have kayaks in the bed in my truck, I’d get it if the kayaks were blocking a walk way or something crazy like that but I chose my parking spot knowing I have them in the bed but still get a citation for having them in the BED OF MY TRUCK. Other than that it was fine the condo was clean had cooking utensils close to the beach.
