Property is in an excellent location, quiet end of Edisto and well maintained. Ocean front, with a short trail to the beach. Wear flip flops on the trail to avail sand burrs.Pet Friendly, so its not "pristine" but its clean and welcoming. I would suggest a couple of additions. I loved having the grill for burgers and BBQ, but needed grill tools. Loved the outdoor screened porch and upstairs balcony. Great places to gather after a day on the beach.Enjoy your beach time!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great house, great host and loved the location with its own pathway to the beach! Will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!

We were surprised to find out it was a duplex and not an entire house. There were also a few broken things throughout the house (the toilet handle in the downstairs bathroom, the microwave handle in the kitchen). But the view was indeed stunning and the beach was very nice and quiet!

First of all the house seriously needs updated. The carpet and furniture were so worn they were gross. Everything in there was so overused and worn out. Next we didn’t have supplies. Zero kitchen towels, no broom and sweeper DidNOT work well which is awful for a beach house, we couldn’t even sweep up the sand and crumbs from kids snacking, we had 12 people on our reservation yet only 6 sets of towels, had to call and have more brought, 3 showers only one bath mat, the oven didn’t work well, etc.
