Loved the place! Great views from every room and the hot tub was great. Close to lots of fun things to do in South beach and yachats. Would love to come back!

This house is amazing. It’s very spacious but still feels cozy. Cannot beat the view, huge deck and hot tub.

Enjoyed the incredible view, great hot tub and the layout of the house. There are several things that the owner needs to upgrade though-particularly considering the cost. Very poor glassware, beds are too firm, BBQ need replaced, screen doors are so rusted they are difficult to close.
Overall it’s a beautiful home with a great deck looking right down on the ocean. It’s the second time we’ve been there but not sure if we’d return with the cost going much higher.
