Nestled in the heart of the Côte Roannaise, our house welcomes you in a peaceful environment.
Surrounded by medieval sites, typical villages, and hilly landscapes, nature lovers will be delighted: many hiking trails are within walking distance of the house.
All shops are available in Renaison, 5 minutes away by car.PGJyPg�PGJyPg
The house:
Bright, friendly and spacious, the living room is ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. A living room with large open fireplace (wood stock at your disposal) and TV.
Fiber Internet throughout the house.
4 bedrooms:
1 master suite (160 bed)
1 bedroom (160 beds)
1 double bedroom (with 140 beds)
1 attic bedroom with window overlooking the office (140 bed)
3 toilets, 2 of which are independent and 2 bathrooms with large showers (1 in the master suite)
Outdoor lounge and garden table for meals.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal.
A 10mx5 swimming pool with diving board. However, be careful of water restrictions, we ask you not to dive from the edge of the pool in order to save water. The area around the pool is not quite finished, so we do not have a protective barrier at the moment. A pool alarm is available.
Pets are welcome.
We have ponettes in the meadow adjoining the land. We may have to go to the bottom of the land to fill the water troughs, No passage in front of the house. It is forbidden to feed the ponies and especially no bread!
This house is our main house and the exterior is not yet completely renovated. But it is good to live in and we thank you for taking care of it, as if it were your own;)
