Great beach house and location!

We were 4 adults and 2yo. House was as described and reflected in the photos. It appears to have been renovated in the last 3 years. Communication was great. TV’s and Wi-Fi worked great. Central air worked very well at 74 degrees. This house is right across the street from the beach access so it feels like it’s about 100 steps to the beach. Beach is beautiful and although public, we pretty much had it to ourselves ( maybe two other families within 100 yards of us). The house was very clean and well stocked with plates, knives and bowls etc. Very quiet at night. Beds were comfy. Restaurant, coffee shop and small food store within a mile of house. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with the modern appliances and cleanliness of the entire house. It seems to be remodeled recently and they did a great job. The house was well stocked with everything I needed. Keurig, drip coffee maker, Nutribullet, toaster, pots, pans and cleaning supplies were all available and the cabinets/ drawers were labeled. The bathrooms were very clean. The master bath shower was fantastic. The guest bed on the north west side of the house provided great sunset views while laying in the bed to fall asleep. Although not ocean front, you can still hear the waves while sitting on the front deck and enjoy some views of the canal and sunset from the back. The house is about 1 mile from the shops and restaurants. I very much enjoyed my time here and would recommend this house to small groups wanting to visit the south end of Topsail Island.
