**This spacious property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across two fully equipped levels.
Downstairs Suite (private entrance):
• 1 bedroom with a King bed
• 1 full bathroom
• Entire living area with pull out couch offers room for 2 more to sleep comfortably
• Full kitchen including full sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
•Smart TVs located in both the living room and bedroom
• Ideal for couples or guests who prefer fewer stairs and added privacy.
Upstairs Main Living Area
• 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
-Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite
-Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds
• Living room with pull out couch that offers room for 2 more to sleep comfortably
• Full kitchen with large island offering seating for 6 and open living space to the living room that allows larger gatherings
•Smart TVs located in the living room and both bedrooms
• Enjoy the huge wall of sliders that opens to the back deck with a screened in enclosure making the space truly unforgettable
--> You also have access to 2 private laundry areas. The first is just outside the lower unit and the second is tucked away in the closet of the upstairs master bedroom.
