The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, configured as 6 adults and 6 children, and features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully across both floors.

On the main level, the living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and cable television, and opens directly onto a south-facing balcony offering marvellous views of the mountains and the ski run. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with bath and WC, and access to a north-facing balcony. A second bedroom is configured with 3 bunk beds of 2 tiers each, with each bunk measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a bathroom with bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. An open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living space, and an additional separate shower room with WC is also available on this floor.
