Matt was a great host. We are moving to the area and gave us some great help with finding people in the community. He was fast with communication and described the house very well in the post. Thank you Matt!

What a find!!! We loved everything about this house! The location could not have been better; close to family and town. Beautifully decorated ( I love the textured ceiling and walls!), clean and comfortable. The mattress in the primary bedroom was heaven; our creaky senior bodies woke up less creaky. The “ twin room” is every kids dream and I can’t wait for the grandbabies to see it on our next trip to Melbourne. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog and the porch was a welcome surprise . The kitchen was well equipped and spacious; the coffee bar was perfect. Matt the host was great; available and helpful. ( thanks for the mattress info; just ordered 2 for home!). We will definitely be back!!!!
