Welcome to your Oregon wine country escape — a 3,400 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled among towering trees, designed for groups of up to 6 who want to do it all. Spend your days touring world-class Willamette Valley wineries and return each evening to your own private sanctuary.

Every bedroom is outfitted with a luxury Leesa mattress, so you'll sleep as well here as you would at a high-end hotel and wake up ready for another day in the valley. The master suite features a king Leesa, a 65" TV, a private balcony with tree-canopy views, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The three additional bedrooms each have queen Leesa mattresses.

A gourmet kitchen worthy of wine country. Wolf 6-burner range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Insta Hot tap, reverse osmosis water filter, and a coffee bar with Nespresso machine, milk steamer, and drip coffee maker. Whether you're preparing a full harvest dinner or a leisurely brunch before a day of tasting, this kitchen is ready for it.

The outdoor space is the star. A large private yard surrounded by towering trees creates total seclusion. The gazebo functions as a full outdoor living room with comfortable seating and a dining table perfect for al fresco meals. A private jacuzzi, grill, and a smokeless fire pit give you everything you need for long, unhurried Oregon summer evenings.

Space and flexibility for every kind of group. With 4 bedrooms, a dedicated office with dual monitors and printer, a media room with 75" flatscreen that opens directly to the outdoor entertaining area, and desk setups in three bedrooms, this home works equally well for a wine country vacation with friends, a family getaway, or a remote work retreat. A Nintendo Switch and a in-room piano round out the entertainment options for slower evenings.

The main living room opens to the kitchen and dining area in one generous flowing space, anchored by a working gas fireplace and framed by tree-lined views. A wine bar is ready for your bottles, ceiling Bluetooth speakers fill the room with music, and a smart TV, chess set, board games, puzzles, and books keep slow evenings interesting.

Location is unbeatable. Just 7 minutes from the celebrated restaurants, tasting rooms, and boutiques of McMinnville's historic Third Street, and only 10 minutes from downtown Carlton, home to some of the Willamette Valley's most acclaimed wineries and dining. Everything Oregon wine country has to offer is practically at your door.
