Underground parking. Spacious well laid out apartment. Lift from the car park. Position of apartment block . Nearby restaurants, beautiful park land and river.

From the photos on your site it appeared the apartment faced onto the park land but in fact it was at the other side of the building facing the main road and was extremely noisy. There was no air conditioning or fan and the windows could not be left open because of the noise. There was no waste bin in either bathroom. The second bedroom was really only suitable for children to sleep in due to the size and quality of the beds. It was obvious this apartment had not been let out very much and we felt we were probably the first. Our biggest problem was the attitude of the online staff. We had to contact the online staff as we could not do the online check-in due to the web form not allowing us to input our nationality. The only response from the online staff was to say we had to check in online or we would not be allowed into the property. After 6 hours I finally suggested to email them our passport details and they said yes. When we were sent the entry instructions we could not open the front door to the building, we had no apartment number or code to the apartment door. The whole process had my wife in tears and wasted a full day of our holiday. The worst customer service ever. We would appreciate a response to our review from Booking.com or the property owners.
