A very cozy and comfortable environment; the host was warm and attentive! They even went out of their way to buy cold medicine for me! They provided an extra thick duvet and turned on the heating, so I rested really well. I will definitely recommend👍

The location is ok, take 408 can go directly to Richmond Center.
The room is good second floor, clean, bed is comfortable.
The kitchen I most like it, many public stuff to use, and free coffee and pure water.

Super convenient being close to the airport! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and really nice. The owner was extremely responsive—replying quickly and kindly accommodating various requests, which I really appreciated. Having a physical key made me feel secure, and having access to a fridge and kitchen was very handy.
The only downsides were that the room was a bit hot, and walking to restaurants or the supermarket took about 20 minutes.
However, taking the bus or Uber makes getting around very easy.
