The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable!

Check in instructions were clear, and the key was easy to find and access. The place was very clean, the hosts were excellent, and my family really enjoyed the space. We walked from Milano Central station, it was ~15-20 minutes and easy to find. It was a short walk to a number of restaurants.

Everything was comfortable and nice as it appeared online. There was also a TV which was nice

Nothing really

We stayed here from July 19 to 23. The property is approximately a 7-8 minute taxi ride from Milano Centrale. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby that remain open until late. The check-in process was very easy. The Master Lock access details were shared with us before our trip, and we were able to enter without any problems. The accommodation also included useful basic kitchen essentials such as cutlery. All the air-conditioning units are controlled with a single remote, so be careful, as you may accidentally turn off one unit while trying to adjust another (: I also really liked the building’s vintage cage-style elevator. It reminded me of the elevators seen in classic films and added a lot of character to the building. Throughout our stay, we received very quick responses to our questions via WhatsApp and were extremely satisfied with the communication. If I return to Milan, I already know where I will stay.

Shower drainage could be improved, as water collected quite quickly during use. When we mentioned that, they said they would look into the issue.
