Clean and nice decorated. Comfortable as well. The owner answered quickly and helped us

I asked for the 2nd bed do be done two times and when the guests arrived, it wasn't. I had to call the owner to make it. The Check in form not very convenient, I had to call the owner to finalise it. My guests were asked to take out the trash (never happened before with other properties on booking.com) and the link with the check out details got unavailable close to check out and we had to call the owner again. The owner was nice, nothing to complain, but not convenient to call constantly.

Totul a fost minunat

Totul a fost în regulă

Our experience at Grey Harmony Suite - Premium Comfort in Timisoara, left us with the believe that you don't always have to spend top money in a 5 star accommodation to get the best service and welcome. Our accommodation was extremely spotless and clean with all the amenities you can think of. Very spacious for a two room apartment. We loved in particular the spacious kitchen and the nice walk in shower. But apart from our comfortable place, what really made our stay something to remember was the kindness of the owners Andrei and Denisa. Whether we needed something extra for the apartment or a simple information about Timisoara, the answer came in within seconds and they delivered to us whatever we needed. Truly was a home away from home.

Everything was to our liking
