Breakfast wasn't offered. This facility was newly renovated located in pine forest area. The buildings are spread out across the property with a nicely lite up area near the center for night time relaxation and entertainment. The night we were there a young woman sat outside in this area and sang/played a guitar which was very enjoyable. Large room. Very comfortable bed and pillows which allowed us to sleep hard and awake refreshed. The employee on duty (Cynthia) was extremely helpful answering our questions about their automated check in process as well as providing details about this property. She also helped guide us to restaurants close by the property. Thank you Cynthia!

This property currently has a confusing pre-arrival check-in process by email. We were hesitant for security resasons to up load ID online while we were at another hotel connected to their Wifi. I called the telephone number this property offered on emails and only got a recording. I finally uploaded the requested information while at a McDonald's 30 minutes prior to our requested arrival time as we were worried we would lose our reservation if we didn't have it done before 3:00 pm. We went to the office and met Cynthia and explained our concerns. She stated we could have provided all of the check in documents upon arrival and that we wouldn't lose our reservation if we didn't complete the on-line forms. There needs to be improvements to a Pet Waiver Form they had us complete. We didn't travel with a pet so we didn't understand why we had to acknowledge/agree to this form. You had to accept the form waiver to move forward with the pre-arrival check in. It was confusing. Cynthia contacted mangement and we were told they were going to look into their pre-arrival form process. We we fortunate Cynthia was on duty when we arrived. Suggest door mats be placed outside each door so people can wipe their shoes off before entering the room. The way it is now your shoes bring in pine needles/bark into the rooms and it gets all over the floor, bathroom, bath mat, and onto the sheets in bed.

Tastefully remodeled and the staff is very friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was the odor of my room when the AC had to run. It was unpleasant enough that I avoided being in the room.
