Wspaniały, empatyczny i pomocny właściciel

Brak

The location was fantastic, very close to Catania’s historic center. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had proper air conditioning, making it perfect for our family of four. Simone was extremely helpful and always available. We landed in Catania at 2:00 a.m., and he even came to pick us up from the airport, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t have a late checkout because new guests were arriving, but Simone kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment after checkout. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re planning to rent a car, as parking and driving in the area can be difficult. However, you really don’t need a car here—almost everything you’ll want to see in central Catania is within about a 20-minute walk.

The owner, Simone, was absolutely lovely and kept in regular contact with us, making everything so much easier throughout our stay. Simone went above and beyond by personally picking us up from the bus station in Catania and driving us directly to the apartment for check-in, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture after travelling. Despite Mount Etna erupting the day before our departure and disrupting our travel plans, Simone was incredibly helpful once again. At the last minute, Simone assisted us with arranging a transfer from Catania to Palermo, enabling us to continue our travels and adventures without too much disruption. Simone’s kindness, genuine hospitality and willingness to help made a real difference to our stay. We were extremely grateful for the personal care and assistance, particularly when our onward travel plans became uncertain.

Nothing at all — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
