The apartment was clean and in a great location. There were a few missing essentials, such as shower gel, shampoo, and laundry detergent. We contacted the hosts, and they resolved the issue. Overall, the stay was good and satisfactory.

Was woken up by construction nearly every night of our 3 nights. Shower would spill water into the bathroom and we didn’t receive a sufficient amount of towels to be able to clean this up.

Location: in the historic center, refurbished apartment, modern furniture and equipment, nice building, the apartment looks cozy and clean.

The facilities, especially consumables were poor or almost inexistent: insufficient towels (1/person, no hand towel), sheets (2 for 3 persons), soap (only 2 mm of liquid soap available), pots (no bowls, only small mugs); no toiletries, not even a kitchen knife, no socket in the kitchen for the kitchen machines (which are made available) - you need to bring an electrical extension cord to put it under the sink, disconnecting the washing machine; no chairs (only 2 people could stay at the table); the shower drain is clogged, the water comes out from the shower - you have to wash it with a mop every time you take a shower, lots of hair on the broom. I contacted the administration, asking to supply the missing constituents, they promised to bring them but sadly nobody came on our stay. No value for money!

The location is excellent, and the property is newly renovated and looks very nice. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

We visited Milan during a heatwave, with temperatures reaching +36°C. I specifically chose this property because it advertised air conditioning, as I was traveling with my 66-year-old mother and it was very important for us to have a cool and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the air conditioning was not working, and the host did not inform us about this in advance. The temperature inside the apartment was around 29°C, and the air conditioner worked more like a fan without actually cooling the rooms. I contacted the host immediately, and I was told the issue would be resolved. Sadly, during our entire three-day stay, nothing was fixed. It was impossible to sleep in the second bedroom because of the heat. We paid for a two-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, but in reality, all of us had to sleep together in one room in uncomfortable conditions. I am very disappointed with the service. If the air conditioning is not working, guests should be informed before arrival or offered an appropriate solution.
