I had a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend it. The location was fantastic, and the property was clean and well presented—a lovely place to come back to after being out. What stood out most was the host’s professionalism and understanding. A couple of things didn’t quite go to plan during my stay, and I really appreciated his patience and the considerate way he handled the situation. Having a host who treats you with respect and understanding makes a real difference, and it left a very positive impression. Overall, a great stay in a fantastic location, with a host who clearly cares about his guests’ experience. I would happily stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely new flat right by Westfield London Stratford. We stayed during summer so the air conditioning in the flat was a huge comfort. The flat is spacious and we really felt at home as soon as we arrived. The host is very responsive and was able to answer all questions.

The beds are soft spring beds, not good for older people who need a firmer bed. There were a lot of household cleaning items and extra tissues but the wash up liquid and laundry pods were finished and we had to buy our own. The AC seemed temperamental at times. Not enough clothes hangers - we had to buy extras. However none of these detracted from the fact that we had a great time and would be happy to book this flat again.

The apartment was centrally located very easy access to Tube, shops and restaurants. It was very spacious and comfortable . The property owners were extremely reliable - quick response to messages, available for all queries and overall prioritize our needs during the stay

The process of collecting keys was a bit confusing
