Questo appartamento in prima linea esposto a sud offre due ampie camere da letto, due bagni, un soggiorno e una cucina aperta. Offre inoltre accesso a Internet, canali IPTV con televisione britannica e internazionale e dispone di unità di aria condizionata indipendenti in tutte le camere da letto e nel soggiorno. Dalla zona giorno si esce sul balcone / terrazzo e da lì si vede che siete nel cuore del porto di Estepona, con i suoi ristoranti, bar e caffetterie. Hai anche una splendida vista sul porto turistico. L'appartamento offre due camere da letto; uno con un bagno di famiglia e la camera da letto principale è en-suite. Dalla camera matrimoniale è anche possibile uscire sulla terrazza. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio comunitario all'interno delle porte (che è al primo arrivato, primo servito). L'appartamento si trova in un paio di minuti a piedi da supermercati, fermate degli autobus e taxi, quindi è davvero ben posizionato per una vacanza nel cuore di Estepona.

Our stay in Estepona port was fantastic, unfortunately the apartment was tired and in need of some refurbished. The outside area whilst a lovely large space to eat, the canopy was old and torn, the view was lovely over the port and the ocean. Unfortunately the air conditioning units in all three rooms had broken, and was unable to be fixed during our stay! The attention from the property letting service Time in Spain was second to none however, they did everything in their power to to make our stay comfortable offering multiple engineers to attempt to fix the Aircon, offering alternative accomodation and fans to make the stay more bearable. Whilst inconvenient this glitch has not deterred us from returning to Estepona port, however we will likely pick an alternative property for our next stay

I didn't actually stay in this apartment however i booked this for some fellow golfers out with us. They loved it. Plenty of space and well equipped with everything you would need. 2 minute walk from where you pick the keys up. Very convenient. Would recommend and will be returning next year.

Dit appartement (London) was ver beneden de maat als het gaat om hygiëne. Veel zaken zijn aan vervanging toe, van roestige afvalemmers en bruine kalkvormingin in de douches, tot slechte keukenuitrusting en apparatuur. Overal kapotte lampen ook bij de toegangstrap wat het in de winter simpelweg onveilig maakt.
Veel geluidsoverlast tot diep in de nacht van de direct onder het appartement gelegen pizzeria.
Voor ons volgt geen tweede bezoek aan dit appartement.
