Very clean facilities, staffs are standby on whatsapp 24/7 hrs and very helpful

I knew its going to be a stair, no elevator. What i was not expecting is that my room was in the 3rd floor and no one help with the luggage as its self checkin. Me + my wife was traveling with 3 and 6 y.o kids, very tired and have quite heavy luggage. So we have to make multiple trips from G fl to 3rd floor to bring all our luggage. Also, the first time we arrived there were only 1 bottle of water where as the room is for 4 pax. I would recommend this property if you are travelling with all adults group. But wouldnt recommend if you are travelling with kids, as no ine help with the luggae

- great location - fullservice a helpfull staff

- broken shower - older equipment - TV out of service

Everything very nice

Nothing
