Nice room, the owner was helpful with the different check-in time because I arrived late and with the check-out and my luggage, if it was necessary. She was also welcoming and nice.

It was not specified that a private apartment meant that the owner also lived there. Although kind and discreet, this made me feel uncomfortable because I thought I would be alone. The night I arrived I opened an interior door to check the place and it was her room, she was sleeping there and I accidentally woke her up. Even though everything is a little more expensive in Switzerland than in my country, I expected a fully private apartment for this price, even though the owner was very kind and non-disturbing at all.
