Ishara Guest Inn Ella

This was my second time staying here, and this time I stayed for one night. This accommodation is in a very convenient location in Ella, just a five-minute walk from the train station, bus stop, and city centre. There is also a supermarket nearby if you need anything. Despite the convenient location, it is very quiet, even at night. First of all, the hosts are incredibly friendly and supportive. You can ask them anything, and they are always happy to help. Second, the new room is spacious and comfortable. We could also hear birds singing in the morning, which made me feel so peaceful. You can walk around their beautiful garden and even try some fruit grown there. This time, I asked them to prepare breakfast and dinner, and both were delicious. For dinner, she made traditional Sri Lankan dishes and fried rice. In the morning, I enjoyed fresh juice, an omelette, and roti. Overall, I would say this was one of my best stays in Sri Lanka. When I left, I felt very sad because I knew I would miss them so much. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. If I come back to Ella, I would love to stay here again!

Because the accommodation is surrounded by nature, I would recommend bringing some mosquito repellent, as there are quite a few mosquitoes around. If you don't have any, you can easily buy some at a nearby supermarket.
