It was perfect location one minute from Main Street Nizami street and Square. Owner Emile and all staff were so hospitable and kind. I felt myself like in family house. This building real palace with ceilings 5 meters. Feels like you are queen and king. Breakfast was simple but good. Emile was on touch all the time. It was great

The property is very close to the old town and just a 5 minutes walk to the metro. Breakfast was delicious. They gave us room with balcony overlooking Baku old town and with beautiful view. Staff was very friendly but kind of struggling to speak English. I wanted to ask for a receipt but she didn’t understand at all. Tried to message the hotel manager for a receipt but didn’t answered.
We were supposed to be in Nizami Street but the hotel manager said there has been messed up in the booking (probably they overbooked or the hotel in Nizami does not exist at all) and we have to walk for almost 30 mins to Old Town in this “OTHER” hotel. It was not a hotel but an inn. There was no lift so we have to carry all our heavy suitcases in the fifth floor which was a nightmare. The bathroom was not very clean with some water marks and stains and a bit of moulds in the bathroom floor.
