The location is very central, although the residence can be a little difficult to find at first, as it is tucked away in a quiet, secluded spot. The staff was very kind and helpful. When I mentioned the missing coffee/tea facilities, they offered to provide coffee on request. The gentleman who welcomed me was also very nice and kindly carried my backpack to my room. Most importantly, on my last day I was having difficulty finding a taxi to take me to the bus departure point. The person I believe was the owner or manager unexpectedly offered to take me there by motorbike himself. It was an incredibly kind gesture, and it made me feel much more relaxed and taken care of. So, while there are some practical aspects of the accommodation that could definitely be improved, the kindness and helpfulness I experienced were much appreciated.

The stay was pleasant overall, but a few things could be improved. The bathroom was not very practical: the shower had no proper screen or curtain, so water would spread onto the bathroom floor every time I showered. The windows also had no blackout curtains, which meant that the room was quite bright in the morning. In addition, the room description mentioned a tea and coffee-making machine, but there was none.

Was a bit difficult to find the property. Also the restaurant opens quite late (was closed ant 9 am both times).

On the positive side: * location (old town, everything in walking distance) * AC working well * hot water and good water pressure in the shower * modern, sound-proof windows, which reduced the noise from the bars and people in the street significantly * curtains to keep out some of the light * good hair dryer and ironing eqipment * lots of hangers and place to store clothes * because we stayed so long, we got reduced prices in the restaurant

There is a lot of room for improving! The cleaning is the biggest problem. * Upon arrival, there was still the rubbish from the previous guests under the sink. The fridge was dirty and the freezer compartment full of ice (because the freezer compartment door is broken, so it doesn't stay closed). We asked for cleaning the fridge, which was done on the next day. 😍 The toilet has brown stains, so it isn't cleaned properly on a regular basis. After taking a shower, the water didn't flow away. We asked to clean the drainage, which didn't happen. I cleaned the clog of hair out of the drainage myself after some days, even though that should be done by housekeeping (even without asking for it). On the bed, there was only a small sheet (suitable for one person) for the two of us. We slept under our beach towels for the first night, but got bigger sheets on the next day. 🙏 * There was no scheduled cleaning, but we could ask for it, which we did. The cleaner didn't clean the bathroom at all, not even the handwash bassin. They didn't remove the rubbish from the bathroom. Neither the cleaned the floor. There were fresh towels and sheets, but obviously they had run out of undersheets, because they put duvet covers on the mattress, which were too small to stay in place when you sleep in the bed. The second issue is the state the appartment is in. The appartment's door handle us loose. In the bathroom: The towel holder next to the sink came off. There are other broken applicances in the bathroom, maybe toothbrush holders? Remove them or replace them. There are wires next to the mirror, where either a lamp should be put, or a cover on it. In the kitchen: No dust bin (!) We asked for it and got an empty wine box with a plastig bag, which did the trick, at least until the cleaning day, when the rubbish bag was removed, but not replaced. The power outlets are not properly installed, they hang out of the wall (safe to use?).
