About 5-7 minutes from Toranomo train stop. From me, I like it that it's not a big tourist area and I was able to eat at "Come Back" restaurant where only local Japanese people hang out (ie: not full of tourist). It was close to a 7 eleven and other areas. Apartment was clean and convient. We were mostly out from early morning to late at night so if you are in Japan and just need a nice place to crash, this is it. They do provide microwave and a small fridge as well.

Not a big deal but no sink to brush my teeth and shave. I had to shave in the bath shower and brush my teeth at the kitchen sink; not a deal breaker but not much of a complaint as well. Just a footnote. The shower was awesome, big and clean, great pressure and nice hot water.
