The staff behaviour is good and supportive all the time they help as required but during check in there is no kettle and water in the room they don't clean the room and bathroom on a daily basis so I think this is basic hygiene.so otherwise the location is good and the rooms are comfortable. But cleanliness is the problem
Basic hygiene is first and my booking period they don't clean the bathroom and only one day clean the room in 3 nights.
