公寓式酒店客房很大，有两张床，可以做饭。酒店的地理位置很不错，旁边好像是巴西比较有钱的地方，虽然也有流浪汉之类，但是治安相对还好。走路两分钟就有一个商场，里面购物吃饭都很方便。另外早餐不错

没有洗衣房，没有健身房。游泳池基本不能用。我住了快一个星期，衣服只能用手洗。厨房里缺盐之类的调料。真的想做饭的话得自己去买些调料。服务人员能说英语的非常少。一定要有个翻译软件

The location is great and the apartment is spacious enough.

It’s a little outdated. The towels are rough from too much use. The blankets had wholes and honestly not very appealing

The apartment was located in a great neighborhood, the breakfast was average, and the staff was very polite.

The furniture was old and the TV in the bedroom didn't have cable TV, it was available only in the living room. Despite the glass door, the room was still pretty noisy.

The apartment is well located and spacious, Staff is kind and professional. Breakfast is very good. The place is clean and there is parking space also.

Air conditioning is a bit noisy and small. Also, it is just available in the bedroom. That may be an issue in warmer periods of the year.

Location, room size and layout, price. Walking distance from Higienopolis Shopping, not far from Veridiana Pizzeria and Aracaju Bakery just across the street (very good breakfast and not bad for a basic and cheaper lunch). Pat de Açúcar Supermarket is just around the corner, at Maranhao Street.

It took a little longer to fix the internet. But at the end internet performance was very good.

Well located property very close to Shopping Higienópolis. The one bedroom apt was large and had a kitchen, two small balconies and 1 1/2 bathroom. All very clean, good linen and lots of amenities. The breakfast had lots of options and it was delicious. Good working station in the room with 2 desks.

Just didn’t like that there was a high pitch noise in the plumbing when someone (maybe upstairs room?) turn on the shower, but thankfully it happened more in the early morning and not in the middle of the night.
