Our host Anna was lovely. She ensured we were well setup, left us a lovely bottle of rosé and snacks for our stay. The place is very cute and extremely close to the boardwalk, with pretty cool access to these giant cement blocks/water access. Restaurants are so close, but nothing directly next door where noise could be a factor. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and since we were there on a celebratory weekend - it had a great view for fireworks on two of our three nights! Other than the fireworks I remember commenting on how well I slept for these 3 nights of our trip! Thank you Anna!
Pretty ease to sum up here. The stairs are narrow and steep and even with warning I did bump my head twice until I got settled. If one has mobility issues this place would not be ideal. (It says this when booking, but this feels important to mention). Anything else I could mention feels unnecessary as what you sacrifice in spaciousness is met with a premium location in Monopoli (which we loved), and the coziness of the place.

Amazing location to visit Monopoli and really nice terrasse with sea view. It is shared but we had it only for ourselves most of the time. The host was lovely and gave us a welcome package and delicious wine. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had all the appliances you would need.

Great location. Big appartment n 3 floors including a nice terrasse. Anna ist a very friendly host and helpfull in any respect
