The location is very good, close to public transportation (few minutes walk to bus stop). The owner is helpfull and answering fast on messages. The flat is well equiped, though some parts need to be repaired (see later). The value/price is very good.
The wifi is limited to part of the flat, could be better. Hard to set the water temperature of the shower (too cold or too hot). The stovetop is very slowly heating the water, might need to be replaced/repaired. As the flat is on the top floor and there is no elevator, it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
