Loved our stay here. The location is great - easy 5 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants and a wonderful ceramic shop along the way. The hosts were lovely and so kind, personable, and helpful. Before arriving, Mara helped coordinate a car transfer from the ferry port and her mother greeted us upon arrival and provided local recommendations for where to eat and what to order. Since we didn't rent a car and you need to schedule cars to get around, they also helped coordinate cars for all of the reservations we had that were not close enough to walk. On our final day, we had a late ferry and they let us check out late, didn't rush us out, and came to see us off before we left. Would stay here again and definitely recommend :)

It was a fantastic new property. The design was elegant, modern and luxurious. The views were beautiful. Everything we thought we needed and didn’t think we needed was here, including ice, a first aid box, Bluetooth speaker, umbrella (yes it rained twice during our stay), nice spread of breakfast items in room plus a delivery of fresh cake, plastic cups for drinks by the pool. Also loved that our room had 4 balconies and a patio. We rotated to enjoy them all.

Our stay at Platys Gialos in Sifnos was exceptional from beginning to end. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making our trip completely stress-free. Our host, Mara, coordinated all of our transportation and provided outstanding restaurant recommendations that helped us experience the very best of the island. What truly sets this place apart is Mara’s incredible attention to detail. It’s the little touches that make all the difference, and she has perfected them. Every morning she prepared delicious homemade yogurts and pastries that were absolutely amazing and made breakfast something to look forward to each day. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with genuine hospitality and impeccable service, this is it. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Sifnos. Highly recommended!
