The apartment is really cozy, warm, and close to the bus station. The owner is very kind and helpful, always available for resolving any problem. We stayed 4 nights for a reasonable price, and we'll definitely take it into account if we'll ever get back to Puno.
It wasn't an issue for us, but the place is about 20 minutes walking from the city centre, though mototaxis are everywhere, if you don't feel comfortable walking.
