The location is great and very secluded. You're very close to old quarter but yet you have privacy and the balcony bathtub is just the cherry on top. Our host was very friendly and made sure to make us feel like at home. I recommend this place both for couples or families because the first floor apartment has bunk beds very suitable for kids. Both apartments had modern TVs with YouTube, Netflix supporting mirrorcast (which in my experience is a novelty in Hanoi). We will surely stay there again whenever we visit Hanoi.
