It seems that the property owner is new in this business as few of the essential things were not provided to us, further the washrooms are in bad conditions / leaked due to which we had alot of issues in managing the day to day affairs.

It was very spacious a lot of room for everyone. everyone had they space and privacy

First off, there's no oven, and the stove is slow to heat up. Of the four burners, only three worked, and cooking took a long time. Second, the ceiling leaked over the bed in one of the bedrooms while someone was asleep; then the next day a hole in the ceiling fell onto the bed. The biggest, most important thing is the owner lives upstairs. He is a very nice man, but he wants NO noise after 9:30 pm and no noise before 8:00 am in the house; that is too much because we are not outside, we are in the house, and when you have 12-13 people in a house, that is not feasible. One night he came downstairs and told us to go to sleep. Mind you, we were just in the dining room talking. No one was outside. No music playing. I was shocked. In a nutshell, if you are renting, you cannot laugh; you cannot talk, but you can whisper and try your best not to be outside because his neighbors look out the window and make nasty faces and shake their heads, smh. btw we were renting for a weekend
