A60 Apartment Hotel

The apartment was located in a new building near the Opera with several stops of the public transport nearby. The doors are opened with a code which is provided the day before the check-in. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows. Although it was near some busy bars and night clubs, it was very quiet during the night (our apartment was facing the inner yard). There was a nice terrace with view over the Geller Hill.

I didn't like the policy for not smoking on the terrace - it would have been great to have a cup of coffee in the mornings or a drink in the evenings. Though, this can be a plus for the non-smokers. As a minor thing that can be improved is to have some stand for toiletries near the shower.

Great location, great apartment.

No flexibility in check-in or check-out, not even paying a little extra.

Newer and clean

Customer service non existent after online check in and for the next 3 nights of my stay. They did not respond to any of my text messages and when they did finally respond they blamed me for texting instead of calling them. Also, the cooling system they have is not AC and cannot regulate temperature below 23C. The air stays stuffy inside the rooms.
