Great location, quiet area within walking distance of a beach, Welsh Coastal Path and Mumbles centre. Compact, newly refurbished in a thoughtful manner. Had everything we needed including parking onsite and a small outdoor area for sitting. Communications and ease of getting into the property easy. Felt very comfortable there.

Nothing really, maybe a reading light near the beds would be useful.

The location was ideal for what I booked it for. The property layout was as expected with handy little courtyard. It had all the basics. Decent communication on how to access property.

The main issue was there wasn't any hot water at all and one of the reasons I booked it was for the bath, but it also meant we couldn't wash up or have basic wash. I did message the owners, but didn't get a response until past 9pm and we were leaving the next day. I'd say the owners have never stayed there themselves, as there are the finer touches that were a bit poor. Beds/pillows not very comfortable, very basic items in the kitchen and hand soap was watered down significantly. Had this been a bit cheaper I would not have said anything, but it was quite expensive for two nights without these extras.
