A localização é muito boa, próximo a restaurantes e bares.

Tem uma escada alta e falta uma sinalização da hospedagem, tive dificuldades de localizar.

The location is perfect if you want to experience the Palermo areas. The accommodation is a beautiful old building with high ceilings with wonderful antique character and features. The owners were so kind and welcoming. Prix spoke English which was a help for me and gave some brilliant recommendations on where to go and where to eat. It didn't feel like we were staying in a rental accommodation but that we were staying in someone's home as their guests. We loved it. Jean and Prix are just lovely people and Prix even helped us try some mate (traditional drink, if you don't yet know). Thank you to both of you for making it such a great stay

I have no complaints at all but to manage expectations, all the properties we stayed in whilst in Argentina required payment in cash. There are options to pay by card but it comes with a fee. Don't be put off by this, you can easily set up a Western Union account and transfer / collect cash this way. There are two right near this property. Some properties also take Brazilian real. The owners are also happy to help with this. Lastly, the breakfast here is made up of pastries and breads along with juice and coffee. I personally loved it because they were traditional and it felt like we were experiencing Argentinian culture. Just mentioning to manage expectations.

Muy bien ubicado en Palermo, cómodo y el staff muy amable.

La puerta de entrada tenía una manía, era muy difícil abrirla.

The apartment consists of 5 individual rooms, pretty run down, with poor sound isolation from stairs or street. as a light sleeper, that did not work for me.
