Spice Serviced Apartments

Location and staff are amazing, the room was a good size and bed was comfy. It had lift to our floor, the self contained apartment had everything a traveller needs , kitchenette with cookware and dinner ware , mugs , cutlery etc, microwave and fridge We will he staying there again

The exhaust fan in the bathroom is noisy, we couldn't control it, itsxautonated and everytime we walk past the bathroom , it would go on. Even just using the toilet, the fan would go on and it was annoying. The pid coffee machine was good, but didn't pour put enough coffee , I used 3 pods to make one cup. I rather just have a instant coffee choice , but was none ( even though it had a kettle). Not enough power points , I unplugged the alarm click and lamp , so we can charge up our phones. Had to go down abd ask reception how to work the lights. Couldn't find a switch in the kitchen etc, it's on a board on the wall and you had to press buttons . And the dryer didn't dry something I had in there for 2 hours on high. The ironingboard was a little table top one, it was a nightmare trying to iron my dress. I would suggest coffee options, more sugar, a printout on how to operate items in the room ie lights and a turn the exhaust fan off option and a regular size ironing board please

Staff were super responsive when there were any issues (they replaced a non-working fridge within 30minutes of being altered). Really convenient location to the ICC where we were headed.

Cooking facilities were limited (pans were cheap and burned everything/stuck), no knives for cutting things, no pans to use the oven/microwave. The floor of the apartment was quite dusty/dirty when we arrived and throughout the stay.
