Amazing and friendly staff. They were replying very fast to all our messages.
The apartment is big and near the metro station.
We had issue with the heating and they proposed to come and fixed it on the next day in the morning.
In reality you need to pass from one of the bedrooms in order to get out from the second bedroom, which was not very clear in the description.
