The staff went above and beyond to help our needs and the views from the balcony was out of this world 🤩

The staff is very friendly, professional and ready to help. The transfer from the hotel to the park is really comfortable if you're arriving in the morning and want to start immediately with the tour. Rooms are clean and nice. Tasty breakfast. But the most important- the staff is taking care of you during all your stay.
